Curator Perspective (pdf): Rachael Parsons

FLUIDATA is a project that uses a range of processes to bring Queenslanders of all ages into touch with their local waterways, into connection with each other and to create an interactive aesthetic response to water throughout Queensland.

Suzon Fuks and James Cunningham travelled to more than a dozen locations around Queensland doing durational performances up creeks, timelapse video, GPS tracking, workshops, waterwheel Tap events, and will create an immersive installation at QUT, Kelvin Grove, in June 2015

For FLUIDATA, Igneous has received financial assistance from the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland. FLUIDATA is also supported by Inkahoots, QUT Creative Industries through the Digital Associates Program, Livingstone Shire Council, Gympie Regional Gallery, KickArts Contemporary Arts Cairns, Cloncurry Shire Council, Western Downs Regional Council through Dogwood Crossing Miles, and Museum and Gallery Services Queensland.
