Igneous co-produced this project initiated by Suzon Fuks, and co-founded by Inkahoots. Exploring water—as a topic and metaphor—Waterwheel is an interactive, collaborative platform for sharing media and ideas, performance and presentation.

Waterwheel, an online art-science platform on the theme and issues of WATER, has sparked collaborations, presentations and innovative performances by 1,500+ artists, scientists, activists, teachers & youth from 34 countries & 81 locations

Igneous and Suzon Fuks have received funding from the Australia Council for the Arts, Brisbane City Council and Arts Queensland towards the development of the platform and its incorporation in the Waterwheel Installation Performance and associated residency at the Judith Wright Centre of Performing Arts, Brisbane.

The platform was launched on August 22, 2011 and was archived since 2016.
